WORD ON PHUKET PROPERTY: Construction work on luxury Bluepoint Phuket condominium in Patong began this week.

Situated on the headland south of Patong, the ‘ecologically sustainable’ design by award-winning architect Paul Raff comprises 20 luxury condominium units ranging in size from one to four bedrooms.
Bluepoint expecte the new Phuket condominium to be complete by late 2012.
Condominium units available include Garden Pool units and nine Penthouse Roof Terrace units.
Paul Raff has won several awards for his focus on ‘environmental performance’. He was the youngest ever recipient of the Ontario Association of Architects’ Allied Arts Award for lifetime achievement.
he is also recognised for contributions such as the Barcelona Olympic Redevelopment and the Chinese Vice-President’s House in Shanghai.
